Billy Glitter is a Neo-Progressive rock band from Austin, Texas. The group is led by Austin born and raised WIlliam Grover, who in the year of 2021 decided to record and stockpile various recordings using what he had in his bedroom. Grover recruited Nick Dow, Patrick Ford, Quinn Decker, and Everett Bergstedt to fully flesh out the ideas that he thought impossible to replicate.
